Cancellation and refunds

Registrations will be refunded, with a 25% cancellation fee, only if a written request is received by 03/09/2026. No refund will be processed after this date.
Due to accounting reasons, any refund will be issued after the end of the Conference.
Any request of cancellation shall be addressed by e-mail to NEXA (creditinfo@nexave.org).
In case of changes in the registration details originally submitted, NEXA will be authorized to charge an extra processing service fee.
Changes in the name of the Participant/Delegate are allowed and must be sent by e-mail to NEXA (creditinfo@nexave.org).
